Once obtaining the Poem of Salvation relic set, Increased Mass' -10% Atk Speed becomes completely cancelled out. One big part of this build is not running Wheel of Blades for damage but only for stagger, if needed. Maxing out Chain Slash gives you some range on Blue Stance however you could swap Chain Slash for Wheel of Blades. Also Cutting Wind is used as a gage-gainer, you could very well take the points out of it and use them elsewhere. This build is focused on the Red Stance so do whatever you feel is best!
