[Pinnacle] Medium Speed, 5 Blue & 2 Red Build

My own glaivier build catered to my playstyle! Not too fast, not too slow (in terms of skill animations). CDs are not fully calculated however, so I'm not too sure if the flow of CDs is ok compared to the meta build. 75% Spec, 25% Swift Stats in mind.

Notable differences compared to recommended/meta build:

• Raging Dragon Slash uses Raging Dragon Slash, Additional Slash (2nd fastest tripod, hence medium speed)
• Half Moon Slash uses Half Moon Slash, Chasing Slash (Slowest tripod, but in my opinion not that long of a hold skill)
• Windsplitter is used as its 4th blue DPS skill instead of Chain Slash (Rotation is tight under 6 second Shackling Blue Dragon so only Windsplitter fits for optimal usage of the buff)
