Legion Blaster Build with relic accessories rdy for legion raids

Skill runes: Some of the skill runes can be switched to something else based on the content you are running but most of it is standard, also since the website is not listing some of legendary runes since they are not in the game yet I will update the build once they are listed in future.

-PS. My build aim is for a minimum of 6/6 ability stones so the more you can score on the stone the cheaper you can buy accessories to manage 5 max engravings and since 9/6 or 9/7 stone is whale territory to get 5 engraving max and 6th at level 1 I'm going to discard that in my build.

-PPS. The skill points in this build are 410 which is considered to be the end game. therefore, you need to allocate SP towards this build when you are gaining more over time of your leveling and progression.
