Build Breakdown
For maximum effectiveness and utilizing everything Sharpshooter has to offer the required skill points is 312. You can get away with less, but not less than 296. Skill points are easy to obtain and you should put priority in reaching 312 before you are in TIER 3.
Snipe is your bread and butter when it comes to highest damage. You need make sure you always hit with perfect zone for maximum damage.Arrow Wave is another high damage dealing skillCharged Shot is you main damage dealing skill with Stagger. You are usingCharged Shot, Fast Fire tripod for instant release once you reach first stage.Sharp Shooter is your second Stagger skill that deals medium to high damageMoving Slash is your main reposition skill that is also used for farming identity gauge on a low cooldown withMoving Slash, Silver Master tripod.Atomic Arrow is used withAtomic Arrow, Amplified Damage tripod for a party wide synergy buff that you can constantly re-apply on cooldown. It also provides a decent amount of Stagger.Deadly Slash is your only Counter skill that also charges identity gauge in melee range.Blade Storm is your melee ranged skill that farms and charges identity gauge.Golden Eye is the preferred Awakening skill as it is almost instant and provides high amount of damage compared toFenrir's Messenger which is a charge skill.
Combat Stats
Main Sharpshooter combat stats is Crit as it going really well and capitalizes with high crit chance and crit damage from your tripods. You will want to go for 80% in Crit and 20% in Specialization, which means all accessories with Crit and necklace with Crit and Specialization. Alternatively you can run 60% Crit 20% Specialization and 20% Swiftness if you want some extra attack speed, move speed and cooldown reduction.

Gameplay and Skill Rotation
- If your identity gauge, Hawk Meter, is not full you will want to start of with farming the gauge:

- Proceed with damage rotation and identity farming rotation until your gauge is full:

- When your identity gauge is full and you damage skills are off cooldown you proceed with the full rotation in this order:

- After full rotation your identity gauge will be at 50-60% so you go back to step 1 and repeat the whole process. If some of your damaging skills are not off cooldown and your hawk skills are ready, use them without waiting for cooldowns and damage as they come off the cooldown.
You will always want to start off with charging and farming your identity gauge, or to skip the process of the initial farming you can use

Grudge is one of the best combat engravings for Sharpshooter.- Always be aware of your cooldowns and identity gauge to not waste damage skills without applying buffs.
